Here's a look at some of my favorite project management examples from my recent work.
Vocal Point Tech Management
2022
For Vocal Point's tour to the midwest and southern California in Spring of 2022, I had a mixture of tech managing, tour managing, and audio engineering responsibilities. My process included documenting each case and contents, as well as creating QR code tags to track bags while traveling.

Managed over 120 inputs for stage changeovers. Included Dan Reynolds, Willow Smith, Anitta, Neon Trees, Mat and Savanna Shaw, and Silver Cup. (The Aces ended up cancelling their performance in the Festival)

Google Scripting
2020
One of my quarantine projects was to learn javascript. I learned to script in Google Apps, and came to build a system for employee scheduling and time reporting. That system has now been used since August 2020 for scheduling over 40 employees in our department, as well as generating call sheets with the crew rosters.

Inventory Management

Using Flex for inventory tracking, and other tools for keeping gear organized and easy to find.
With new student employees joining our crew every semester, clear images and labeling helps a lot.
Keeping orderly inventory and providing some clarity on some pieces of our gear that aren't as easily identifiable.
